I’ve been eating this salad for a month straight. I don’t want to eat it so much that I tire of it, but I can’t stop. It’s so good.
• Greens (I use half spring mix, half spinach)
• Diced up Strawberries
• Feta Cheese
• I use a Berry Vinaigrette for added flavor, but any old Vinaigrette would do.
